How long does setup take?

Most teams have their first form built and widget embedded within one session. Account creation is quick, and the form builder and widget editor are both visual — no code needed at any step.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan lets you create forms, collect responses, and embed a widget without a credit card. You can upgrade when you need more workspaces or integrations.

Which platforms can I embed widgets on?

Any site that accepts custom HTML. Paste the embed snippet into Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or your own custom stack. No plugin required.

Which external review sources can I connect?

Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Business. Reviews from those sources sync into ProofBeer alongside your own collected form responses.

What widget types are available?

Three layouts: Grid (multi-column, good for dedicated testimonial pages), Carousel (auto-sliding, good for homepages), and Avatar (compact row, good near CTAs or forms). Each has its own visual customization settings.

What integrations are available?

Zapier, Slack, Google Sheets, and custom webhooks. Each integration sends data when a new form response comes in. You can test the connection from the dashboard before going live.

What is Abandoned Data?

Abandoned Data captures partial form responses — submissions where someone started filling out the form but never hit submit. It's useful for understanding where visitors drop off and recovering incomplete feedback.

Can I use ProofBeer for multiple brands or clients?

Yes. Workspaces keep everything isolated — separate forms, responses, widgets, and integrations per workspace. You can switch between workspaces from the dashboard.

Can I customize widget appearance?

Yes, extensively. Colors, typography, card border radius, shadows, spacing, animation type, filter rules, and sorting order are all configurable from the widget editor.

How do I share a form with customers?

Each form gets a unique shareable link. You can also embed the form directly on a page using the provided snippet. The form editor has a Share tab with both options.

What support is available?

Email support and a help center. During early access, the team responds quickly and works directly with customers on setup questions.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Annual plans come at a lower effective monthly rate than month-to-month billing. Details are on the pricing page.
