Getting Started with ProofBeer

Complete setup in 5 minutes. No credit card required.

1

Create Your Account

Go to ProofBeer.com and click "Get Started." Sign up with your email or Google account. Takes 2 minutes.

No credit card needed: Start with our free plan and upgrade anytime.

2

Build your feedback form

Open Form List and create a new form. Choose between single-page or survey (step-by-step) mode, then add and reorder fields using the drag-and-drop editor.

Add text, number, and email fields

Apply display logic to show questions conditionally

Set a custom theme — colors, background, and typography

3

Share your form and collect responses

Go to the Share tab in the form editor. Copy the shareable link or use the embed snippet to add the form directly to a page. Send the link to customers via email or any other channel.

Unique shareable URL per form

Embed the form directly on any page

Set up email notifications for new responses

4

Create a widget and embed it on your site

Go to the Reviews section, create a widget, and choose a layout: Grid, Carousel, or Avatar. Customize the styling, then copy the embed snippet and paste it into your site.

Grid: good for dedicated testimonial pages

Carousel: good for homepages and landing pages

Avatar: compact, works near CTAs and forms

5

Connect integrations (optional)

From the Integrations tab, connect Zapier, Slack, Google Sheets, or a custom webhook to route new responses wherever your team needs them. Test each connection from the dashboard before activating.

Zapier for downstream automation

Slack for real-time team notifications

Google Sheets for spreadsheet-based workflows

A few things that help early on

  • Send the form link right after a positive interaction while the experience is fresh
  • Keep the form short — two or three focused questions get higher completion than long surveys
  • Place your widget near the decision point — pricing page, near a CTA, or on the checkout page
  • Check Abandoned Data after the first week to see if any questions are causing drop-off
