Configure Slack Alerts in Form Editor
Open Form Configure Settings
Navigate to the form you want to connect in the ProofBeer dashboard, click the "Configure" tab, and open the "Integrations" section.
Generate a Slack Webhook URL
Go to api.slack.com/apps and create an app for your workspace. Enable "Incoming Webhooks" in the app settings, click "Add New Webhook to Workspace", choose your destination channel, and copy the webhook URL.
Paste Webhook & Set Channel Reference
In your ProofBeer form settings, click "Add Slack Connection". Paste your copied webhook URL, enter an optional channel name (e.g., "customer-love") for your display reference, and save.
Test and Activate Notifications
